Catena Wine Dinner with Pablo Piccolo

A Hidden Vine is excited to announce the upcoming visit of Pablo Piccolo, representing Argentina's renowned winery, Botega Catena Zapata.

The event will be unforgettable, featuring the premium and luxury wines from Catena's high-altitude estate vineyards. The night will begin with a meet and greet with Pablo Piccolo, where guests will enjoy food paired with the Catena Alta "Historic Rows" Chardonnay and Malbec. The evening will also include a guided tasting with Pablo featuring the iconic wines from Catena's collection: The Adrianna Vineyard White Stones Chardonnay, Malbec Argentino, and the highly coveted Nicholas Catena Zapata Cabernet/Malbec blend. Admire the stunning sunset over Lake Mission Viejo while enjoying some of the world's finest wines.

Chef Leo from Villa Roma will prepare his signature paella and hot empanadas for you to savor, making for a truly authentic and delicious Argentine experience.

With only 45 seats available, guests are encouraged to reserve their tables soon and reservations are required for this event. The Tasting Event includes 5 premium wines, an appetizer, dinner, and some chocolate for dessert.

The cost is $110 per person, and all wines served will be available to purchase at a 15% discount.
