Anyone under 21 (including a baby in a stroller) is not allowed to pass the retail wine section of our business, as that is the start of our wine bar. However, we do allow those under 21 on our lower patio, and your party will still have access to our wine tasting stations, deli counter, and/or choosing a bottle from the retail store to be opened by our staff on the lower patio.

Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome on either our upper outside patio or our lower outside patio. However, if a customer has an allergy to dogs and informs us, that customer will have precedent over the pet and we will move you to an acceptable part of either patio away from the allergic customer.

Absolutely! We have GF options for our flatbreads and for our crackers on a cheese/charcuterie platter. There is no additional charge for the GF crackers, but for the flatbreads there is an upcharge of $5. The GF flatbread option is much larger too, so a great tasting option for those needing GF or for those who want a larger thin-crust flatbread.

Yes, just like our platters to enjoy on premise, we can make a small (2 item) all the way to a 7-item platter to go. We can even make party platters to go that have a larger portion of each cheese and meat. A small party platter at $50 serves 6-8 people and a large party platter at $70 serves 10-15 people. Ideally, please give us 24 hours notice on the party platters.

Yes! You are correct that we have a retail wine shop and have excellent pricing on our bottles to go. The good news is that we can open up any bottle from the retail store for consumption in our tasting room or outside on one of our lakefront patios. We charge a $10 service fee to open up a bottle, but you get the benefit of far lower retail prices compared to the exact bottle in a restaurant. This rare “Dual License” of off-premise retail and on-premise restaurant is found at only a select few retail/restaurant locations in the country, resulting in tremendous savings for our customers.
If you are one of our Wine Club members, you do not pay a service fee enjoying a retail bottle onsite, AND you receive a 10% discount on each bottle.

We opened our wine shop and tasting room on September 12, 2012. We expanded in 2020 with the addition of our lower “dockside” patio, allowing even more lake-front seating. Because of that expansion, we rarely have to turn customers away due to capacity, so we can usually accommodate your party no matter what day of the week.

When you come in, head right to the front register and ask for a “Wine Tasting Card”. That card will be yours to keep, you pre-load it with any amount $20 or more, it doesn’t cost any money for the card itself, you just load it up and the money is deducted based on what wine you choose out of the station at varying amounts depending on the bottle cost.
You have three pour options, a 1oz, 3oz, or 5.5oz. The prices for a full glass (5.5oz pour) will range from around $10 per glass all the way to $60 or more if you pour from our premium station. There are 20 different bottles to choose from, usually having 8 different white wine options and 12 different red wine options, and every day you come in we will have different wines to choose from.
We have Happy Hour with our wine stations every day from 4pm-6pm, 7 days per week. Happy Hour is 30% off all of the various pours, making it more price effective to pour by the glass than to get a bottle.
